It also prevents multiplication of fleas by inhibiting their development in the cat's environment for 3 months. The veterinary drug can be used as part of the treatment strategy against flea allergy dermatitis (FAD), an inflammation of the skin, in cats. Use a spot-on applicator for one administration on a cat. The minimum recommended dose is 42.3 mg dinotefuran/kg body weight and 4.23 mg pyriproxyfen/kg body weight. The range of treatment dose is 42.3 to 705 mg dinotefuran/kg body weight and 4.23 to 70.5 mg pyriproxyfen/kg body weight for cats from 0.6 to 10 kg body weight.
