Instructions for use
Do not open the sachet until the collar is immediately put on. Attach the collar around the pup's neck and slide the end of the collar through the buckle. Attach not too loose and not too tight: keep two flat fingers of space between the collar and the neck. Puppies grow fast, so check regularly that the collar still fits properly.
Make sure the Beaphar CaniComfort Calming Collar is in contact with the skin and that it does not overlap with any other collar, as this may reduce its calming effect. Cut off the excess part of the collar and put it in the garbage.
Put the collar on at least 15 minutes before a stressful situation. The body temperature of the puppy activates the operation of the collar, pheromones are released and have a calming effect. Take the collar off when swimming, bathing or in heavy rain and do not use on damaged skin.
