Canaries, tropical birds: 1 drop in the neck
(Grass) parakeets and larger birds: 2 drops in the neck
When respiratory mites or mange are detected, all birds in the aviary should be treated.
Apply the drop(s) to the skin in the neck of the animal, so that the liquid cannot be licked. The feathers should be pushed aside as much as possible. The treatment can be repeated after 4 weeks, to prevent reinfection.
Preferably treat birds 1-2 months before the breeding season to prevent nest contamination.
